From booking the appointment to getting a specific and accurate quote, and then confirming and showing up on time were all done seamlessly. In addition, this was really a home clean-out and not a maid service call. I could not believe the wonderful job they did. They took their time and were very thorough. When they finished it did not look like the same house, spotlessly clean. Unbelievable job on the bathrooms. I would recommend J. G. Cleaning Solutions without reservations to anyone that wants an on-time professional job.

Most recently we had to end the business relationship bc one of the employees swore that the air conditioner did not work, although it did. Other than that, I had been satisfied with the service they provided. In the beginning stages the service was impeccable but then that employee left. Since then the service had been average only bc there were some details that were not paid attention to. John, the owner, is GREAT! He has great, strong, and ongoing communication skills.

I just did not have a time nor did I .want to. They are extremely professional, They followed all the Covid protocols and attention to detail was keen . I started with one individual I was extremely happy with her, Then she left the company for personal reasons. during Covid . I was extremely disappointed when I called and found out however I understand. I was reluctant but Best decision ever. So now we?re in April and I was introduced to Carolina. She is simply amazing, She gets the task done with a smile on her face and she does it to perfection. Very pleased I highly recommend. Owner calls in during the course of the cleaning to check and make sure that the customer is happy

● One Time Interior House Cleaning When I came into the house after the cleaning, I was quite disappointed. I paid a higher price because it was for moving in, and I trusted that things like dust would be taken care of as that was pretty much the main portion of cleaning that had to be done. They were given a completely empty house for move in, and I am left having to do much of the work myself because of their poor cleaning job. The blinds were not even wiped down-they just used a broom. For a move in clean, wiping it down thoroughly would be more than expected. The cabinets too were left sticky and the house does not feel much improved overall. Instead, I am left having to do much of the cleaning on my own.

If I were to be staying in the area, I would be absolutely hiring them- and requesting Ivette for regular cleaning!

If I did not have arthritis I would have done it myself and I could have done a much better job. She missed lots of spots and just basically did not put her heart into it. I was not gonna say anything but a week later I messaged the boss and told him what I thought and he never replied back. I would never hire them again! Response from Company: We cleaned everything that we offered in our estimate sent before the client hired our service even though she wanted more than that so i decided to cancel the service due this misunderstanding and after i saw the apt condition. I clarified her we won't do more than was detailed in the estimate and she was agree. The apt was terrible dirty it seems was not cleaned in more than one year so we dud the best we could. I asked her during and at the end of the job if everything was good and she said it was.

They were expecting laundry and doors washing service that I explained we don't do it so I gave them 10% off for this misunderstanding. The floors were swept, vacuum and mop but this floors need to be polished to removed grouts that i explained to the client.

I do not recommend JG Cleaning Solutions, because they did a poor job at my apartment in Delray Beach. I was furious after my son took pictures and sent to me, and I saw debris and dirt in so many places, and I had to pay for something that was not done satisfactory. They want to refund me back about half of what was charged and also send somebody there to fix the work, but I refused. Now, I am moving Sunday and still need to clean there, because of a lack of respect and commitment by that company. Response from Company: We did the job explained to this client in the estimate sent when she hired our services and was agreed. I said to the client that we do not provide POST CONSTRUCTION CLEANING, and she agreed. The apartment had painting drops and dried glue in different places that can not be removed with regular cleaning. The paper towel was placed in the kitchen cabinets. Finally, I offered the client to send back the associate, to clean the apartment again, and refund part of the payment she made, but she refused.

I've been in the process of moving out and needed to have the house cleaned as I'm leaving. I even had a bottle of rum and a plant on the counter I left for the people who are buying. It was an obvious gift and not a free for all. He returned the things so I wouldn't call the police but I did tell him I'd let everyone know he is a thief. One of the women who cleaned below seen walking around outside in the back yard picking and choosing what she wanted to take. They had no business or reason to be out there either. Due to this situation, it was a misunderstanding... as I explained, the customer who requested a deep cleaning to her house and told me to put in the trash all the stuff I found in case I don't want to take it with me. This is usually done by most clients that are moving out and need to leave the house empty. The stuff we found there were cleaning products, 6 cups of wine, a plant, and a bottle of rum that everything was returned when she called me claiming about it. I tried to explain to the client that this was misunderstood, but she refused to listen to me. I am in this business since 2014 and I have house keys, alarm codes, etc.

He promised (don't worry etc.) that he would be there to supervise at least 2 workers who would be there for 3-4 hours. He apparently forgot that I would not be there, and called to apologize for being a little late for their 9:00 scheduled arrival, when I reminded him that I was not there. They arrived at 9:30. John called at 12, to assure me that all work was finished, every cupboard, drawer, fan, et.c. were wiped down and they were packed up and ready to go. ( They do NOT do windows for some reason to do with insurance.) My floors had just been cleaned and polished two days earlier so they did not do them. The contractor sent someone that morning to clean out the garage of all the construction material, and he returned to hose down the garage. John claimed that no one had hosed it, and he took credit that his own workers had done all the garage work. When John called to say they were finished at 12, I questioned him on the very shortened day, but I had no way to get them to stay or check their work. I have no way of knowing how much oversight if any John provided, or if he was absent for most of the time and never checked their work. He did say that I had described the place as empty, and the fact that I had left some items - mostly in large shopping totes - created a problem. (They don't know how to move and then reposition the shopping bags to clean below them???) As I promised,, I sent John the $210 he had quoted to me. Unbelieveably, I received a text from John within 5 minutes stating that I could send him a tip the same way!!! I don't have enough room to describe all the places in my residence that showed obvious signs of never having been dusted or wiped with cleaner. ( Ex. paint flakes on the bathtub drain, visible dust on multiple surfaces including light switches, dirt/dust residue inside kitchen and bathroom cabinets, etc.)

Unfortunately, the cleaning person was terrible. I had to go over the premises and ask her to clean the areas that she missed. I interior of the refrigerator was not done at all. I had to point out what she missed in the fridge alone 4 or 5 times. She was not thorough. She also had an attitude about doing things over.
