Who will be cleaning my home?
A regularly assigned team of JG CLEANING SOLUTIONS will clean your home. All employees are uniformed and trained. Our cleaning professionals will not eat, drink, smoke or use any appliances while inside your home.
What if something is damaged during the cleaning? Are my valuables safe?
We treat your home with complete care and respect. However, should damage or breakage occur while we are cleaning, JG CLEANING SOLUTIONS will make every effort to repair or if necessary, replace the item. If you have any special valuables, heirlooms or irreplaceable items, please put them away or instruct us not to touch them. A closed door or drawer is your signal to us that you do not want that area to be cleaned.
How do I know I can trust your staff?
To help maintain our high quality standards and your security, JG CLEANING SOLUTIONS screens our applicants and hires only the best candidates. We conduct thorough background checks.
How many cleaners do you send?
We work as a single person or in teams of two to four people, depending on the size of homes and hours in our schedule.
What time will JG CLEANING SOLUTIONS be at my home?
Our normal workdays are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. And Saturdays from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm. We make every effort to meet your needs, so if you have any emergency cleaning needed we are glad to work for you at no addition charge.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies or equipment?
No. JG CLEANING SOLUTIONS brings all the equipment and normal cleaning supplies so you never need to worry about replenishing your supply for our house cleaners. If you have special cleaning products you would like to be used, please be sure to discuss this with the owner or manager in advance, so that we can properly instruct the team.
How do I pay for the service?
We accept major Credit Cards and Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express), Cash, Checks, Venmo and Zelle.
How does JG CLEANING SOLUTIONS , come up with it’s pricing?
Each home is different. There are several factors that determine pricing, such as square footage, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, etc. A significant factor in price is how often we clean your home. If it is a weekly job, then the price could be less than a monthly job because homes tend to get dirty over a long period of time. We recommend having your home cleaned at least twice a month or more depending on the complexity of your home.
Do you guarantee a day and time for my cleaning appointment ?
JG CLEANING SOLUTIONS ordinarily guarantees a specific day for your cleaning, doing our best to be there at your desired time. If you need a specific time guarantee, feel free to discuss this with us. Within reason, we will do our best to reach a mutually agreeable solution.
What if I need to reschedule a cleaning?
Simply call us prior to your cleaning day. We really appreciate a minimum 24-hour notice to reschedule your cleaning. If you need to reschedule a cleaning without proper notice, we will not have enough opportunity to fill the schedule with another client. For this reason, we have a cancellation fee, and will assess the fee if necessary.
What should I do with my pets during the cleaning?
Please advise us if you have pets and provide any information regarding your pets that would be helpful for us to know. Though not a requirement, we prefer pets to be restricted from the areas we clean, to allow us to clean your home better and more efficiently
